Kunststoffgehäuse mit ergonomischem Design. Die Gehäuseteile haben integrierte Führungen und Montagepfeiler für PCB. Das Unterteil ist mit einem Abteil für eine 9V-Batterie oder zwei 1.5V-Batterien versehen, das mit einschiebbarem Schnappdeckel verschlossen wird. Erhältlich ist auch eine infrarotdurchlässige Frontplatte (Mod. SQ1-IR und SQ124-IR). Das Model „SQ124“ hat einen, zwei oder vier blaue Drucktasten. Die Modelle „SQ11“ und „SQ11-IR“ haben eine abgesetzte Fläche für eine Tastatur. Verschluß mit drei Schrauben. Nach Anfrage, Zweifachclip für 9V-Batterie (Mod. AB9), selbstklebender Distanzteil für Batterien (Mod. DSA).
